Refund Policy 2005

No Refund Policy for Psychological Consultations, Online or In-person Trainings.

At The Trauma Recovery Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality psychological support and professional services. In order to maintain the integrity of our practice and ensure fair use of our time and resources, we maintain a strict no refund policy for all consultations.

Policy Details:

Consultation Fees Are Non-Refundable

Once a consultation session has been scheduled and paid for, the fee is non-refundable regardless of attendance, satisfaction, or outcome.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests for changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If a client is late or fails to attend a scheduled session, the session will not be extended or refunded.

Service Nature

Psychological consultations involve time, presence, and professional expertise. Outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibility

By booking a consultation, clients acknowledge this policy and accept responsibility for managing their session commitments accordingly.
